Description
English: Displays random photon distributions from exposure of a 22 nm contact at 18 mJ/cm2. This corresponds to ~12 photons/nm2. Therefore there are easily +/-30% dose fluctuations within a square nanometer at the feature edge, leading to observed feature edge printing variation. From R. Gronheid et al., Proc.
