English: Ludwig Bamberger (born on September 5, 1893 in Lichtenfels, Upper Franconia, Bavaria, German Reich; deceased on September 16, 1964 in Charleston, South Carolina, United States) had been an entrepreneur. In Germany he was co-owner of his family's enterprise D. Bamberger (DBL) which manufactured and dealt with basketry, furniture, wooden artistry and wooden toys for children. After his emigration he was co-owner of Sunny Smile Ltd., a toy manufacturer for babys and little children in England. After his move to the US he founded a mailorder house which focussed on gifts.
