English: Underworlds, designed by the Senseable City Lab and the Alm Lab at MIT. Displayed as part of the exhibit "Designs for Different Futures" at the Philadelphia Museum of Art 2019-2020. Underworlds has been designed to use multiple technologies for sampling and biological measurement to monitor the sewage network of a city, giving individual readings from particular locations and neighborhoods. This information can be used for complex tracking, data visualization, and other computational analysis. |
