Cloud Messaging API (Legacy) Disabled

Hello! I'm running into an error with my Cloud Messaging API (Legacy) being Disabled. It just keeps telling me "Failed to Load" and I don't know how to correct it. Has anyone run into this issue? Please help!

You must migrate from Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) API to Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). 

If you need immediate assistance and/or this is impacting your production systems, contact Google Cloud Support directly. However, I can’t give a specific date as to when this will be resolved.

Log in to your Google Cloud Console and navigate to the support section to open a case. Clearly describe the problem, including:

• Your project ID
• The specific error messages you're receiving.
• The impact this is having on your applications.
• Any relevant logs or screenshots.
• Your desired resolution.

If you've tried everything else and think there's a bug in the old API, file a bug report in the public issue tracker.
