After updating my Sense 2(Fitbit app 4.30), daily heart rate graph (recorded every 5-10mins) doesn’t appear even if I wear it all the time.
The Day page of Heart Rate says “Wear your device to get heart rate”.
Also, I can’t see all the past records of my daily heart rate graphs.
I can only see resting heart rate for week, month, year.
Heart rate of my Sense2 watch is changing the heart rate so it seems like the watch itself works well.
How can I get the daily heart rate graph recorded and also access to the past data?

Hi David and all who have had the problem with the daily heart rate graphs gone. Mine is solved. What I had to do with my iPhone ( probably the same for android too)
so go into
settings, general, date & time, then turn on 24- hour time.
this worked for me

Hello @LZeeW and welcome @Cath2323 to the Fitbit community! It's great to have you here! Let me help you with your heart data.
Thanks for your suggestion @LZeeW
In order to ensure your data is syncing properly, i recommend restarting your Sense 2. To do so, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If you still don't have your heart rate data synced, please provide a screenshot of the message you are getting.
I hope these instructions are helpful to you!

Hi all, I’ve had my Fitbit sense 2 for nearly 2 years now with no issues. I bought it mainly to keep an eye on my heart rate throughout the day, but now this is causing me issues. My heart rate data has all disappeared, even past data. I can see that my watch is recording the data and that the app is receiving it as the heart rate tile shows my current heart rate, but when I click on it there is no graph and it just says “no data”. I’ve tried everything from disconnecting and reconnecting the device, logging out and back in, and even a factory reset and nothing has worked. Does anyone know what I can do?

Hi,
I have the exact same watch and problem. This has been going on for 2 weeks now! Thought it was an error to do with the new update.
i hope there’s a fix! I dislike jumping ships!

I am no longer able to see any heart rate data. I sync my app to my Fitbit and nothing shows. I can get any past data either on the app.

Hi David, we are still waiting to get the historical data available. I had my 7 years heart rate data and I need it for my heart condition. I am nit happy as the data is being presented in graphs. How to get the precious mode which was better for me.

Hi,
anyone know why no data is being displayed anymore on my sense 2? Have been using sense for years for a heart condition tracker and has been buggy for a while now with no stress or HR data throughout the day which I need, other than the resting rate?

Thank you, @Cazb1999
Heart rate data was retrieved after setting to 24hour clock.

Thanks to @Cazb1999 , I could retrieve my heart rate data after setting the clock 24-hour time, however, I prefer 12-hour time clock so I would appreciate if you could solve the problem without setting it to 24-hour clock.
