Sense 2 not recording stress score

ANSWERED

No settings have been changed and no updates have happened but my Sense 2 is suddenly not recording my stress numbers. I have done everything suggested in ALL the help topics about this issue and nothing is making it work again. I use this score every single day in my routines so PLEASE help me actually fix this issue instead of giving me a canned reply!

Hi there, @KashaGBear.

Thanks for sharing this information and the steps that you've tried. I understand how frustrating this has been and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if your Sense 2 is recording your heart rate correctly? Are you sleeping with your watch for more than 3 hours? And if so, are you getting sleep stages? Also, are you taking at least 500 steps during the day?

While you might have checked this before, please try the following:

  1. Clean your Sense 2 to make sure there isn't debris or dirt obstructing the sensors.
  2. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Wear your watch one more night and sync once you're awake to check your details.

It's now working. I did all that stuff days ago when it started. Nothing
helped. Yesterday it started working again. No explanation.
