Sense 2 not syncing with the App

 

My device has not synced for 5+ days with the app. The sync flashed from searching back to no info. And does this for 15 min. 

I have a Sense 2 model: FB521, with firmware version: 60.20001.210.26. 

 

I have shut down the device. Let the device go from full battery all the way to dead battery then plugged it in and powered it up and it still would not sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have done everything but factory reset my device and delete it from my Fitbit app which is my last resort. 

Is this a known bug or issue that will have a patch in the next update so that will not need to happen? A
