Between work mentally draining me, home chores exhausting me, and trying to keep up with my kid's energy...I'm wiped out! I started Intermittent Alternate Day Fasting. I basically eat every other day from 9:30-6:30. Outside of that I fast (water, hot tea, chicken broth). I have over 100lbs to lose. In my mid-30s. Fitbits great but I'm lacking some community interaction!
