UK here as well, no sign of the update either.. Though normally we'd get a post from the mods stating the updates have started and what new or changed features are included.. they are being very quiet on this one tbh. Wondering if they have halted the rollout due to reports of the red X of death as you mentioned. Would be nice if they actually gave us some update on what is happening, I'm seeing very little interaction from the mods lately..

Short answer is unfortunately no. As Google stripped their ability to use 3rd party apps there is no way to get them working on either device.

Be thankful they aren't as slow as Amazon with updates, kindles can take months for the rollout of updates.

I know I've still got a way to go after having gastric bypass surgery a month or so ago, was originally 155kg and have now dropped to 125kg in 7 weeks. Had the email notification from Fitbit saying I had a badge to commemorate the loss, so I thought I'd click on the share button in the email... Erm, something appears to have gone a bit nuts, fairly certain I haven't lost that much thanks Fitbit!!

Saw the same article yesterday.. usual practice is that they have already started the updates but they roll it out in batches. Two reasons for the slow rollout, less strain on the servers and damage limitation if there is a bug that the testers missed.

Yep, been using trackers for 10 years now and I'm used to having them snug fitting.. Watch was working fine for the first few weeks. Ended up doing a factory reset and pair it back up to the app again, 48 hours later and it appears to be working again. Probably yet another random bug they didn't fully test for.

As of the 16/6 my sense has not shown any metrics for breath rate or hrv. I've tried restarting the watch, ensuring the contact points are clean and also clearing the app's cache.. Still nothing. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

Managed to get a replacement from Amazon, looks like it's a physical fault as the replacement works perfectly so far.

Had a live chat with support yesterday, they couldn't figure it out, told me to keep an eye on my emails as he was going to pass my case on to their next level support.. Having had Fitbit devices going back to the Surge in guessing it's Fitbit's lack of QA when it comes to new firmware setting as it works fine on the default face. Fully expecting them to ask me to be patient and wait for the next update...

Have tried hard reset and clearing all data and re-pairing it, still the same result, only face that seems to work in always on mode is the pre-installed one.. red dots on all of the others I've tried so far.

Recently got myself a Charge 6, just wondering if watch faces not working properly with the always on display option? Majority of faces I try turn into a mess of red dots and the face mixed together.
