@DavidFitbit  Thanks to @Cazb1999 , I could retrieve my heart rate data after setting the clock 24-hour time, however, I prefer 12-hour time clock so I would appreciate if you could solve the problem without setting it to 24-hour clock.  ... View more

Daily heart rate record is gone.

After updating my Sense 2(Fitbit app 4.30), daily heart rate graph (recorded every 5-10mins) doesn’t appear even if I wear it all the time. The Day page of Heart Rate says “Wear your device to get heart rate”. Also, I can’t see all the past records of my daily heart rate graphs.  I can only see resting heart rate for week, month, year.  Heart rate of my Sense2 watch is changing the heart rate so it seems like the watch itself works well.  How can I get the daily heart rate graph recorded and also access to the past data? ...
