Dear all, Fitbit now requires a Google account for registration, which complicates our research process. We intended to create Fitbit accounts and provide them to participants, allowing us to monitor their sleep data and export it as needed. However, Google accounts necessitate verification through a code sent to the registered phone number, making it difficult for participants to log in independently. With a maximum of four Google accounts per phone number, managing 50 participants becomes unfeasible. This verification dependency hinders efficient data collection and monitoring, as it requires our constant availability to provide verification codes. So is there a way to still use Fitbit accounts as in the earlier days? Kind regards
