Call Google to see if your Fitbit can be replaced. It's starting to seem like their update has affected so many devices in the wrong way. Surely this was not supposed to happen,but now you have some users leaving the Fitbit community which sadness me so much. Hopefully they can do something for you. ... View more

I think that Fitbit users need to know what is actually going on. I hate to see my Fitbit family going through this. Can someone from Google please let us all know what's going on? I don't want my Fitbit family to continue leaving or giving up on this. I appreciate them very much, they have showed me so much support that I greatly needed and I hope that they will be able to continue doing so. You know I'm beginning to think the same thing. I will be contacting Google later today to see if any of this can be resolved. This is just so unbelievably. I sure hope that once this so called update shows on my Versa 4 that it fixes all those issues. If it doesn't I like to know if I will be able to get a replacement one.
