I am genuinely at a loss. I am trying to sell my Versa 4, but it is stuck on a red X. It was unpaired...from the app, my phone and Bluetooth. I factory reset it, and now it's stuck. I went to multiple forums, followed all the troubleshooting tips, and still, red X. I double checked my fitbit app, my phone, all paired devices, and it is 100% no longer paired to ANYTHING. How do I fix this if it's no longer paired to my phone, but will NOT connect at all?? This is very frustrating. Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
