Ace LTE stuck on fastboot options

Fitbit Ace LTE stuck on fast boot options have tried every option on to list Device Info, Start, Recovery Mode, Reboot bootloader, Power off, Barcode And it keeps going to same fastboot options, I just got the watch on 8/22/24 , 19 days ago unfortunately best buy only does 14 days return. There is no damage on the watch. Someone please help! Have multiple cases and no help as of yet fitbit just says I need to talk to google about warranty and google says I need to talk to fitbit.
