Liebe Community, ich besitze seit 3 Tagen die FitBit Sense 2. Ich brauchte 1 1/2 Tage um die EKG app endlich zum Laufen zu bringen. Funzt 😊. Aber seitdem weigert sich die Sense 2 sich mit dem Handy zu synchronisieren, während sich das Handy regelmäßig mit der Uhr synchronisiert. Die Meldung in der FitBit App lautet "Uhr wird gesucht". Hmm ich trage sie am Handgelenk, das Handy liegt vor mir.  In den Systemeinstellungen ist die Uhr mit dem Handy verbunden..  Also unter Bedienerfreundlich verstehe ich was anderes.  ... View more

First, please be patient with me, I'm German and English is not my first language.  I've downloaded the newest Sense 2 app, and the Sense 2 watch works fine. But I have no ECG app on the Watch. I activated the ECG option in the FitBit app on the phone. The app says that the ECG is aviable on the watch, but it isn't.  I've scrolled to the left, to the right, up and down, but no ECG app aviable on the watch.  I've searched also the solutions for this problem, but none of these solutions worked for me.
