Hi @Dolphin228 a few of us had this same problem when Verizon had us switch, too. Fitbit community member @Joandonny shared the answer with us. This is from the post they made: "Ok I think I figured it out. Go to your Fitbit app, bottom left corner hit the TODAY button. Then in top left corner hit the button that displays the battery life of your Fitbit. This will take you to your device. Tap on the device, mine is Versa 4, then scroll down to NOTIFICATIONS, then choose text messages. The blue bubble for messages should be checked. After I did all of this I restarted my phone and now I am receiving text messages on my Fitbit. Hope this helps and good luck!" Hey @Joandonny your answer is still helping people!
