No you can't. It's always been that way. Discount is eligible from the link they provide you with, Usually the original released price. You can't apply it to any sale anywhere.

No one here on the community forums knows what Google is going to do with Fitbit. There was articles online a couple Months ago claiming someone from Fitbit stated no more smart watches, but fitness and health trackers like the Charge will continue production.

@Kim.z Hi. I've never seen that they make changes post production. I had three Versa 1's, and bought the Versa 2 after it was out a while and they already disabled downloading music, It still had the music feature on the watch. And the new ones all still didn't even have zone minutes. You'd likely have the same firmware on a new one out of the box, as your current one did.

@NancyB The web dashboard was removed a few weeks ago. And even that was used only to view your stats and not sync the watch. How does one sync logged on to the web?

@C4trees Hi. You're not alone but for millions of users, there's really not that many complaints. IDK if people just haven't noticed, or it isn't affecting anyone. A community council member verified their entire history is still there on IOS. Don't know if it only affects Android or there are other common denominators.

@147potty Hi. If you look around the forum, all sorts of people are having issues syncing with Fitbit models. Some claim tablets are syncing. Mine hasn't synced for 15 hours now including a phone that hasn't got the Android 14 update yet. It's more likely Fitbits latest app update than Samsung and Android 14.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be that wide spread and I don't think they're too concerned about it. I feel like if I didn't have 3 watches still working, I'd be trying another brand by now. What's the point and motivation in tracking activity if it's just going to vanish in a week?

Tried support again. This "Mary" support person followed up in email that they don't have an issue on their end and try force stop/reinstall the app. I have the exact same missing Data on 5 phones. It's not my app.

For having millions of users, it doesn't seen there's really that many complaints. I don't think everyone is having the issue.

@CorkyFL Thanks, but I'd want an unopened retail package, which I'm not convinced you received. Authorized retailers that I could find have stopped carrying the Versa 2 for at least a year now. That's why I wanted to see the store you bought it from. My Versa is currently on a Galaxy A12, A13, A15, A53, and S21. The Versa 3 was on an S8 for testing on a different account, but that's turned back off for now. All sync.

@CorkyFL I have a Versa 1,2, and 3 that sync fine. The face fell off my other Versa 1 last weekend. Second one set up fine and syncs fine. I have my main account on 4 phones and no issues. If you don't mind, where did you find a Versa 2? I wouldn't mind picking up a back-up if I can trust it's not a refurb. Never liked the heart rate performance on the Versa 3.
