Thanks... I am still within the 2 year warranty period for here in the UK. The problem I think was the guy on the other end of the phone couldn't see that I had added the last replacement device... It was my 4th device, maybe he hadn't screened down, I don't know. Because he couldn't see I'd added this device (less than 2 months ago) he didn't believe me. I contacted support again last last night, this time by an online chat, I wanted to have a record of our conversation.
