Pineapple Icebox Pie
1 Graham Cracker Crust
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
8-10 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. carton Cool Whip(do not substitute)
Bring cream cheese to room temperature to soften. By hand, mix in the powered sugar and pineapple, followed by the pecans. Then fold in the Cool Whip. Poor into pie shell. Top with remaining Cool Whip and freeze.
Another alternative.....I like to combine ALL of the Cool Whip into my mixture.
