Founded on April 08 2008, VACR is non-government organization working on the protection of child’s rights, with the mission to gather and unite Vietnamese individuals and organizations who voluntarily working for the purpose of making children enjoy all fundamental rights. Our six key mandates are: (1) Promoting advocacy and providing consultancy to improve capacity on child protection; (2) Participating in supervising, evaluating child rights implementation; (3) Formulating and implementing programs, projects… to protect children; (4) Carrying out cooperation research, training and information/experience sharing; (5) Mobilizing children’s voice and participation; and (6) Becoming focal point between INGO, CSOs and GO agencies.
