Tan Po Goan (Chinese: 陈宝源, 1911–1985), sometimes spelled Tan Po Gwan, was a Chinese Indonesian lawyer and politician.

Biography

Tan Po Goan was born in Cianjur, Buitenzorg Residency, Dutch East Indies (now in West Java, Indonesia) on 24 October 1911.[1] He was educated at an Algemene middelbare school in Bandung.[1] He studied law at the Rechtshoogeschool te Batavia, the precursor to today's Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.[1]

He died in Sydney in November 1985.[1]
