English: The Apollo 15 sample 15415, better known as the Genesis Rock.
This is figure 6-8 of the Apollo 15 Preliminary Science Report (NASA SP-289, 1972), which has the following caption:
Anorthosite (sample 15415) found as a large clast in breccia at the rim of Spur Crater. The darker part of the sample is a dust coating on a portion of the surface embedded in the breccia matrix.
