Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the entity in question.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the logo would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This Logo will be use in the Template:Infobox university of IISER Article as total 7 IISER in INDIA and in this logo total 7 IISERs logo combined which represent the whole IISER system, Previously it only shows IISER Kolkata Gate Logo which is not appropriate I though to represent whole IISERs. So I was thinking to use this Logo will be appropriate.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
