XL Airways Germany is a charter airline based in Mörfelden, Germany. It is part of the XL Airways brand and has sister companies in France, the United Kingdom and Ireland.


On 11 September 2008, BBC News Channel reported that XL Leisure Group had filed for administration, although Simon Calder confirmed the group's website was still taking bookings.

Nevertheless XL Airways Germany and XL Airways France, former subsidiaries of XL Leisure Group continue to operate as independent airlines.
