Notability

[edit]

Cracroft was the Nan Osmond Grass Professor in English at BYU. This is a named professorship, which is one of the defined criteria that if met makes someone notable. So on this one grounds Cracroft is notable. There are others, but any one of the grounds for academics establish notability. John Pack Lambert 19:35, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It would help to explain what the "Nan Osmond Grass Professor" is. It sounds like an agricultural title, but I'm guessing it is named after someone. tedder (talk) 19:54, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It is ABSURD to suggest that Cracroft is not notable. 99.33.85.33 (talk) 02:35, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
