Welcome!

Please do not post on my talk page any notices or objections regarding any articles, post them on the talk page of that article and tag me there.

Also, please do not blindly accuse. Please give proof of your allegations so that any errors or mistakes can be rectified. Thanks.

On condensing

[edit]

Kmoksha, please try to condense the length of your talk page comments. It is becoming a problem. Thanks. El_C 12:12, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks El_C for commenting on my Talk page. As you know, I have responded to the baseless allegations made on me by DBigXray - here . There I had told that I was asked by other editor to make a proper proposal thread. And due to my efforts, there has been consensus that "Indian Government Response can be expanded using already accepted source links in the article Citizenship Amendment Act 2019" - Kmoksha (talk) 15:45, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Threads

[edit]

Hi Kmoksha, regarding this request you made at the article talk page, I am writing here so as to not clutter up the topic discussion there. I have opened a subsection of your section, which will stay together. Nothing will get archived as long as you are participating. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 18:23, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Kautilya3 i had made that request since subsection does not serve the purpose. Whole content given by me is necessary to be seen for proper discussion, so discussion should be on the main thread. I have put subtitles so as to partition the thread opener and make it more readable. I requested you to shift your summary to a comment on the main thread (you can also shift my comment to the main thread). -- Kmoksha (talk) 18:41, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Kautilya3 I have reorganized that thread and put your summary below my thread opener. We should have discussion in one thread. Hope that satisfies you. Let us discuss further properly point by point on Article Talk page. Thanks. -- Kmoksha (talk) 21:46, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No, it doesn't satisfy me. Your post was too long and rambling. You have been told by multiple editors and admins that you are making long posts and "filibustering". You should not be taking liberties to reorganise the response that I wrote in a self-contained subsection.
But I will let it sit for now because I don't want to get sidetracked into a yet another red herring. I need to see substance, not endless discussion. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 22:37, 20 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I sincerely tried my best to present the things as best as possible by dividing the "long post". Discussion on summary is not acceptable. Because each and everything in the article opener is important. I have replied to the Filibustering allegations and the admins involved seem convinced by my refutations. If we really want to improve article, we should talk about the article rather than talk all the time about editors and fight. That will lead nowhere. -- Kmoksha (talk) 00:08, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Dispute resolution noticeboard discussion

[edit]

This message is being sent to let you know of a discussion at the WP:DRN regarding a content dispute. Content disputes can hold up article development and make editing difficult for editors. You are not required to participate, but you are both invited and encouraged to help this dispute come to a resolution. The thread is "Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019".The discussion is about the topic Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019. Please join us to help form a consensus. Thank you! --Kautilya3 (talk) 00:09, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Arbitration enforecment request

[edit]

I have opened an arbitration enforcement request, where you are involved. You may want to respond there. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 12:15, 26 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Topic ban

[edit]

I have closed the Arbitration enforcement request which concerns you with the following sanction enacted: you are hereby topic banned from any and all Indian-related topics, broadly construed. This sanction may be appealed no less than six months from now. El_C 13:27, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@El_C As pointed out by me at the Arbitration Enforcement page, contrary to the allegations on me, due to my useful and clear threads at the article Talk page, editors reading those are pinging me there asking my opinion or asking for help. So, if someone pings me there, what you say I should do then ? -- Kmoksha (talk) 17:26, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Tell them you are restricted from editing in this topic area and are, therefore, unable to assist them at this time. El_C 17:35, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@El_C Where and how should I tell them ? The link you gave regarding Topic ban forbids any discussion regarding this topic anywhere -- Kmoksha (talk) 17:44, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Wherever. You are allowed to mention you are subject to the ban itself, when queried about related items. El_C 17:47, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
El_C, Ok. just to bring to your notice, today also Kautilya3 changed the content regarding section "Relationship to NRC" as per our discussion on the article talk page even though Kautilya3 complained about the thread not being clear. See - here
Do you think that this is a pointer towards usefulness of my threads and comments on the Article Talk page and that complaint by Kautilya3 was out of place ? Also, why the topic ban for all Indian-related articles when my edits elsewhere had no conflicts or problems whatsoever, they only improved those wiki articles. -- Kmoksha (talk) 19:33, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
