Summary

Description
English: Schematic drawing depicting 2-D fluid flow along the bottom half of a flat plate channel with a wall-to-wall spacing of H. The velocity profile is denoted as u(x,y) with the asymptotic velocity u_e(x). The point where the boundary layer velocity, u(x,y), becomes u_e(x) is given by delta(x). The inlet velocity is u_0.
