Guidelines include account age at least 90 days old, at least 500 edits to mainspace, demonstrated knowledge of page quality control (usually shown through participation in processes such as WP:AFD, WP:CSD, WP:AFC reviewing, etc.), no blocks or 3RR violations in the past 6 months, and no indications of undisclosed paid editing. Applicants should show some evidence that they generally meet the guidelines, have a demonstrated need for the right, and that they have read and fully understood the tutorial at Wikipedia:New pages patrol. Editors may want to consider WP:NPPSCHOOL before applying.

Thanks for offering to help. Reviewing new pages requires familiarity with notability guidelines and the deletion process, which means some experience with things like AfD, speedy deletion tagging, etc. is generally needed first. I'm not seeing too much of that at the moment, so marking this  Not done for now, but if this is an area that interests you, feel free to re-apply after you've gotten some of that experience. Hi, I was given a trial period of one month two weeks ago and have gotten my feet properly soaked with reviewing since.  Done, thank you for your efforts so far. Just be careful with {{one source}} – it's for articles with one source, if that causes a problem of WP:V or WP:NPOV, so generally isn't applicable to stubs. – Joe (talk) 13:56, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done Thanks for your interest, but I'm not seeing anything in your edit history that shows experience with notability or deletion. For example, WP:AFD edits, WP:AFC reviewing, or WP:CSD. Your talk page also has two drafts that were declined for notability. If you would like to pursue this permission in the future, please build up enough editing experience that a WP:PERM admin can check your edit history and feel comfortable that you understand notability well.
