CSM BA Textile Design - Weave 23/24 on Instagram: "‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ by Kennard Bahar ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ looks at each individual elements of the classic hand game to inspire pleat techniques from rock formations, paper manipulation and cutting techniques. The arbitrariness of the game’s outcome inspires the randomness of pleats as such in natural landscapes like rocks and valleys. This collection is also an investigation into self-forming fabrics through the use of shrink yarns and weave structures to create new shapes and textures."
