Aesthetic sketches ideas cute

So I’m a artist and I’m very annoyed with my art, I don't know much about how to draw so I’m wondering. Do y’all know any art tips? I usually draw in like a cartoony art style and I rarely do realism. People keep telling me to learn shading but I have no idea how to!
