This Beetle cake was made start to finish (yes, including baking) in one evening. I was given the wrong date (hey, people make mistakes), but this was for one of my very favorite little guys so....I stayed up all night and made this sorta cute, sorta creepy edible bug. I had to stray from my original plan a bit, but I think he came out ok in the end.
