E. 17th St. ~ ~ ~ Completely built by Ben Sahlgren of Seattle from scrapped materials, this Little Library has been a joint effort of a few determined people but found support from the whole neighborhood. What a healthy way to deal with book hoarding!

The pay phone libraries are similar to Portland's collection of book boxes where passers-by can take a book, leave a book, or just stop to browse the collections of titles.
