Road less traveled

Slow down a bit and enjoy yourself. Driving on some out of the way country roads you come across some interesting things if you look around. I noticed this sign beside a dirt road in upper Ojai, Ventura County, California.

One supposes there are many pivots of decision in the life of a country, in the life of a business, in the life of an individual. I remember sitting with Ken Whitacre, both in our early 20s, when we made the decision to launch Produce Business magazine back in 1985.

Another one from our USA trip. We travelled so many roads like that. At times we totally lost any sense of distance and time.The feeling of not having a care in the world as we slowly drove along at 55 mph was uplifting. I WANT TO GO BACK! :( FACEBOOK
