So we're going to have some onion. I like onions. Of course. Oh it looks good. I think that's enough. Yeah I think probably. So. A lot of you got a lot of toppings so get them. Yeah we gotta we don't want to get too heavy on any one thing. Now these cult toppings still do they put them on the bottom of a pizza? Cuz it's a upside down pizza. I think so because we're going to flip it. You could color the bottoms. Put some bottoms. But when you flip it it would be on the top again. Alright. For coloring red peppers too. Supposed to eat the rainbow. Eat the rainbow. Isn't that a isn't that a commercial? Something about a rainbow? I think you're thinking of Skillets but that's a different one. Oh the Skillet this is the vegetable rainbow. Yep. Oh that's what I like. Like some mushrooms. Some mushrooms. I love mushrooms too. Oh man. So that it already looks good. It already looks good. But I think that's probably enough. Yeah. I think so. It looks good. Smells amazing. I hate my you know my mom can't smell. I hate that for her. I enjoy all this stuff so much of it. Then I'm going to add some Italian seasoning or the cheese. Not that side. I want the sprinkle side. You don't want to just dump it on. I like Italian seeds but we want to just dump it on. No, just sprinkle it already. Sprinkle it. Get the edges too. Shake, shake, shake. Shake, shake, shake. Now some spaghetti sauce. It's spaghetti sauce. Tomato basil. Spaghetti sauce. Let's tomato sauce. Does it say spaghetti? It's it's yes. It's spaghetti sauce. Okay. It'll work. What do you call it? Pizza sauce for down. Pizza sauce. Pizza sauce. I don't think there's any difference really between pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce. I don't know. I can I couldn't tell you. Maybe 48 cents difference. I don't know. Marketing. It's all pasta sauce. Marinara. Some people call it marinara. Marinara. Well that's saucy. But you get it sauced up. Whoa. Don't hold back. Oh. You going to spread it around or something? Was it? It's not it's not even. I don't want I don't want to I want to tell you how to do your business. I think it needs to be. Yeah, get the corners. Alright. Spread it around to the corners. How's that? That look good. You can hit it with some more oregano. With a little more tomato sauce if I mean Italian seasoning if you like. I'm just saying it has all it done. Alright. Damn. Very Italiano. Anyway. Now we're going to add pizza crust. Pizza crust. On top? On the top bottom. It says pizza crust to the can. Yes. Biscuit though. Pizza. Oh it actually says pizza crust on it huh? Yes it says pizza crust. I bought pizza crust. Oh wow look at that pizza crust. Good people at Walmart. They got us covered. Oh it's like one big sheet. One big sheet. Spread it around or something. Spread it just a little bit because I want it to go over this whole thing. This is where they spin it. You're going to try to spin it in the air. I've never tried to do that before. Oh I'd be afraid. You got any backup crust? Nope. Here we go. Swing and a miss. Yep. Swing and a miss. You got me afraid. I don't want to drop it. Okay. Now I'm going to spread it over the whole thing. Oh yeah. Look at that. And kind of just kind of chuck it in the sides. Gotta turn it all the way in so it goes around so it comes out right and holds a Yes, that's what I'm going to that's what I'm attempting to do. Somebody put too much sauce on his pizza. Yep. I know my wife. That's okay. It'll still be good. Oh I I I don't see how we can go wrong with this. I just wonder how well it's going to flip out of the pan. It might be more like a pizza bowl or something. I don't know. Well that's going to be the interesting part won't it? It will be better. Looks like the perfect job. Alright, now I'm going to put a little bit of olive oil. She's washing her hands again. Sorry. You're the hand washing this woman I've ever known. Need you have your hands clean when you're cooking. We don't get it too greasy. Easy peasies. We ain't working for pizza out here. Pizza oh they I love pizza out of there. They got the greasiest pizza. They do. And just spread this around with the basting brush. Now what do we do? Now I'm going to add a little bit more Italian seasoning on the crust. More. Little more. More is better. And you know what? I think I'm going to add a little more Parmesan on the crust. Oh wow. Never thought about that move. Why not? I know. I'm not arguing. We love Parmesan. Yes. Little parm. Little parm is no can't have a harm with a parm. Parm does no harm. And now we're going to pop this in a preheated 350 degree oven until the crust is brown. Oh. Is that what they did three fifty? Remember? It is what they did. So how dirty our oven is? Yeah. Alright. Ready. Let's check it out. Check it out. Perfect. It looks good in golden brown. Now we gotta how you going to get that onto here? That's gotta be that's a it's gotta be heavy right? It it is kind of heavy. Gotta weigh it. I don't know how we lay it. But you stand on the scale without it and then with it and subtract, that's okay. That's too much trouble. Dinner's ready. Be careful. You ready? Yep. Here we go. Oh look at that. Oh my gosh. Look at that. Oh my goodness. It's it looks amazing. Smells amazing. That's a lot of toppings. It is a lot of toppings. I'm excited. Alright. Let's try this. See how this deep dish pizza tastes. Golly, I can hardly cut it with a pizza cutter. If it tastes like it smells, smells like a oh my gosh like the fair. Might have gotten a little crazy with the toppings. I do. I would not say so. Let's just try that. Thank you. We're going to need a plate. I'm excited. Woo hoo. Look I'm dancing with the phone over here. I forget I'm videoing that. I'm over here going woo hoo. Oh.
