Joey G shares his creative way to make a delicious and easy strawberry cheesecake no bake | By Joey.G | Alright guys. Do I have a very special, easy, and delicious treat for you today? Today's going to be a no bake and it's going to be perfect just in time for the holidays. I'm coming in here with my whisk and I'm just going to take my full thing of strawberry icing out of my container. Now I'm coming in with a spatula and a whole container of Cool Whip. We're not going to leave anything out of this recipe today. So we're just going to make sure we use everything out of here. Now once we get it all out we want to mix it all up with our whisk. Once it's like this consistency and color. We're going to come back in with another bowl. Now, these next steps are very important. We're going to come in here with some jello cheesecake, some fat-free skimmed milk, and we're just going to use everything in here, might as well. The pudding's going to really hold it together. Once we are done with that, we're going to put our first mixture back into that second bowl and we're going to mix everything. Make sure you get everything that's at the bottom because for me, a lot of stuff will stay to the bottom so you tend to just always scrape the bottoms and mix around it. Now that we got that going, we're going to come back in with our graham cracker crust. Guys, I love these. You can use a normal pie crust if you want. I just love graham cracker. I saw these at the grocery store and I thought this would be so cute, so festive, and fun for the holidays. Now this is going to be your strawberry cheesecake no bake. Once we smooth the whole service around like it's a real pie. We're going to take of course some strawberries. Put this right on the top I'm going to do a cute little fun design for you guys. I was thinking I might do a star. So I'm just going to place it around. You guys can do any type of fruit you want. If you don't like strawberries you can use a raspberry, a blueberry, any type. So I'm just going to do it like that. And we're going to put this in the freezer or the fridge for about 2 hours. Now that we got that out of the fridge for about 2 hours. We're going to slice up a little slice of pie. Let me know how you guys like it in the comments. What you guys like about it, what you would change about it. If there's anything, let me know. This is a perfect, easy, no bake for the holidays. It's going to be delicious. Uh look at that. We got the layers there. We got the graham cracker crust and the strawberry. This is going to be delicious. Thank you guys and have a great day.

I'm using a strawberry pie filling right on top of one sheet of puff pastry and spreading it a thin even layer. Then I'm coming in with two tablespoons of Philadelphia cream cheese and mixing the two together creating an even creamy strawberry filling. Next I'm placing that second puff pastry right on top and all this sitting right on a parchment paper line sheet and I'm just pinching the edges together with a fork. After that I have a snowflake and I'm going to place it right in the center to cut out my snowflake shape. Using that as my marker, I'm putting slices around the edges and then twisting the pastry around a few times just to create a little easy swirl. This is going to be my snowflake shape and then I will remove my center cutting and place a bowl there for serving. At this point, I'm going to take a little bit more of that cheesecake filling and pop in some cool whip as well. This is going to make a fluffy cheesecake in meantime, we're going to take a little bit of butter and we're going to brush the edges of our pastry. You can also use an egg wash if you choose to do that. Once you have that complete, put your dip in the fridge and bake this at 350 for just about 20 minutes until it's a nice golden brown color. Take your cut-out shape. Place it in the dip and then dust everything with a little bit of powdered sugar. You are ready to serve. This delicious dessert comes together in no time. Let me know what you think in the comments and don't forget to share with your friends. Yummy. Mm mm mm Hmm.

I'm going to add the bottom back into it. I'm going to brush it with some melted butter. Okay I'm going to add that piece of parchment paper. Alright I have one pound of milk chocolate chips to add that to my double boiler and I have my water simmering underneath it and if you don't have one of these, you definitely can just use a bowl over some simmering water. Alright, our chocolate is nice and melted. Alright, I'm going to pour that milk chocolate into my tart pan right on top of that parchment paper that we cut into the circle. So, I'm just going to spread this out to make sure I cover the whole bottom of tart pan and then I'm going to take a spoon and pull this up the sides all the way around. Alright, guys. I think we have it all coated. I'm going to put this in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Alright, I have five cups of powdered sugar that I sifted and to that, I am going to add two and 1third cups of creamy peanut butter. Only one more ingredient. Nine tablespoons of melted butter and I'm just going to add that in Okay, turn it over to our mixer. Gonna start this slowly and mix this up. And it will look a little crumbly and that's okay. Alright. Our chocolate is done chilling. So now I'm going to press it out of that tart pan. Whoo. That worked really well. Turn it upside down. And now I'm going to get that off. Perfect. So I'm going to put that center back in my tart pan because now I'm going to add that peanut butter mixture to this. Perfect. And I'm just going to press a and yeah, I think that looks perfect. Push it out and I'm just going to trim off this edge. It's nice and smooth all the way around. That looks great and now, I need to take that middle part off. Perfect. Alright. We don't want to eat that. Look at that. Step that back in. Kinda making sure you follow those grooves. Alright. So, we're going to add that peanut butter mixture to our chocolate mixture. Hey. And then I'm just going to press it down. You just need to melt some chocolate. Alright. Time to add our top our chocolate is nice and melted, alright? I'm going to add that chocolate to our peanut butter cup and you definitely could use dark chocolate if you want to and I'm trying to recreate the original peanut butter cup. Okay, I'm just going to smooth this out so it's covering the whole top. It's looking good. Make sure I get all the way to the edge. That's looking really good. Alright. So I'm just going to take a ruler and I'm just going to make this nice and smooth on the top. Alright. Back in the refrigerator. 15 minutes and then we're going to try this. Take a peek at this. Who's ready to see our giant peanut butter cup. Look at that. Oh my gosh. That looks amazing. I can't wait to try this. Okay. I'm never buying another peanut butter cup. I'm making my own. Yum.
