Burgundy taffeta petticoat makes 'an angel wings like noise' and gives light feeling of something special upcoming. The skirt can be used both like a petticoat for the Victorian costume, or like an overskirt for the steampunk, vampire or gothic outfit. Folded back part gives a good volume, which is able to support even a tough fabric skirts of the upper dress. Multiple ruffles done in three rows above the hem prevent the upper skirt to get in the way. Note that the true colour is shown on the last two photos! The first photos lack of light for better image. Though prepared to be used as a petticoat, this skirt can become a part of a new dress. The bodice can be made for the additional cost. The skirt is designed to be worn with 'omar tail' bustle, but will look well enough without it too. Taffeta could be changed to cotton, which is also a popular fabric for 19th century underwear. Other colours and fabrics are available. A custom copy of your size can be made. Please, feel free contacting me for more information or ordering a custom thing.
