What makes this piece even sweeter is the floral design made of 6 prong-set diamonds in the center of a heart that is also in a shooting-star design. The pendant is stamped on the backside of the pendant and reads 14K for gold purity and a diamond shape with what appears to be "A+A" stamped inside. The latter hallmark is likely a maker's mark.
