This is not a heavy, chunky bracelet! Photo shows it on my wrist so that you can see the size of the links, toggle and square disc. It weighs just under 1 oz. The paperclip chain is 12K gold over steel (made in MA); square disc is gold satin brass from WI; the organic toggle (12K gold) is made in KY. It measures 7.5 inches. As with all toggles, you need an exact fit. (My own wrist measures 6.5 with the measuring tape ends meeting...so I made my bracelet 7.5" to give enough room to "hook" the toggle.) The square disc measures 3/4". TO ASSURE PROPER FIT...send your wrist measurement to me. Otherwise, I will send the 7.5" bracelet along with 2 additional links. Suggestion: a toggle will "release" if bracelet is worn too loose. It doesn't have to be snug, but it shouldn't hang loosly on the wrist.
