A beautiful shell carved cameo with a profile of an antiquities lady . This is set into a 14 k yellow gold tear drop setting with a 14 k gold chain. The gold chain measures 12"' doubled over. I'm not sure when this was made. There are someone's initials in the back. The cameo weighs 4.2 grams
