There are 2 genuine diamonds set in the shoulders for that added sparkle, the perfect accent to this lovely center sapphire. ~ This piece is in excellent condition for its age! The stone has some minor nicking only visible under magnification. ~ Made from solid hallmarked 10K yellow gold.
