Vintage 40s style fit and flare dress in deep forest green, sizes US 0 to 30

This dress is hand-made and is based on a 1940's sewing pattern. The dress features an empire waistline with draping under the bust, short puffy sleeves with small darts for extra shape, and a wide flared hemline that'll swirl beautifully as you dance. There is a zipper on the side. The material is a heavy viscose blend crepe in bright red, royal blue, or burnt orange. It has a beautiful heavy drape and movement.
