Between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023, Zoom received the below privacy rights requests from California consumers. On average, all privacy rights requests were responded to within five days.

Requests to Know and Delete

Certain data may not be provided or may be retained according to the Zoom Privacy Statement, for example, to comply with applicable laws. Examples of denied requests include requests that were not verifiable, requests that were not made by the consumer, and requests that were exempt from disclosure.
