MEET OUR TRAINING FACULTY
Adam is a marketing leader with deep expertise in customer data analytics who has led growth strategies for companies like Salesforce, LiveRamp, Jumptap, and Waystar. As a strategic advisor, Adam’s focus areas include mobile/precise location and new digital media technologies, covering impacts to data privacy and digital advertising practices. He also serves as an expert witness for legal matters relating to marketing, advertising, and data privacy.
Chloe Autio is an artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technology policy expert with nearly a decade of experience advising leading organizations on technology policy and governance. She is an independent consultant advising Fortune 50 companies, startups, leading trade associations and AI labs on policy strategy and engagement. She frequently advises government and civil society organizations on initiatives concerning AI oversight and policy.
Recently, Chloe helped build the policy practice at the Cantellus Group, where she led governance and implementation projects for intergovernmental organizations and multinationals across tech, defense, and manufacturing. Prior to Cantellus, Chloe was a Director of Public Policy at Intel Corp., where she led public policy development and engagement on issues like AI, privacy, human rights and ESG. At Intel, Chloe led the development of the enterprise Responsible AI program, and worked across the private sector and with other stakeholders to shape policy and best practices for the responsible use of emerging technologies.

Giovanni De Gregorio is the PLMJ Chair in Law and Technology at Católica Global School of Law and Católica Lisbon School of Law. His research interest deals with digital constitutionalism, freedom of expression, privacy and data protection law, digital policy. Giovanni is the author of the monograph Digital Constitutionalism in Europe. Reframing Rights and Powers in the Algorithmic Society (Cambridge University Press 2022).
Training Sessions
Jasper Siems is an intellectual property (IP) expert with a particular focus on IP issues in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Jasper has also developed a deep understanding of the EU regulatory landscape, particularly in the context of the EU AI Act, EU Data Act, and EU Data Governance Act. He provides comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients in these areas, particularly in the technology, healthcare, and finance sectors. Jasper offers practical legal solutions to challenges under these regulations, helping clients adapt their practices, product development, and compliance strategies accordingly or supporting them in transactions. In addition, he also represents clients in IP and media law litigation and dispute resolution, both before national courts and in out-of-court settlements. Jasper regularly lectures on legal developments in AI, copyright, trade secrets, and data governance, and his publications on these topics appear in leading legal journals.
Training Sessions
Henrik Hanssen is an experienced attorney specialized in information technology (IT) law, with a particular focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI and data governance. He helps national and international companies navigating the complex digital regulatory landscape in the EU and represents clients in contract negotiations, proceedings with supervisory authorities and in related litigation matters. Henrik has extensive experience in creating practicable solutions to challenges under regulations such as the GDPR, the EU Data Act, or the EU AI Act, whether in assessing new products, in regulatory compliance projects, or in transactions. He has worked with various clients on IT projects related to cloud services, software development, licensing, AI, and connected products. In his cybersecurity practice, he offers compliance advice and provides incident response support and defends his clients against administrative orders and sanctions by supervisory authorities and represents them in proactive procedures (e.g. approval for Binding Corporate Rules). Henrik frequently speaks at webinars and events and is the author of several expert publications on IT and data protection law.
Lee Matheson, CIPP/US/E/A, CIPM, FIP, is a Senior Counsel for Global Privacy with the Future of Privacy Forum Global Privacy team. Lee monitors and analyzes privacy developments throughout the world, with a particular focus on comparing the approaches of different global jurisdictions with regard to core privacy issues, including the regulation of individual privacy rights, de-identification, ad and cookie technology, AI/ML, and international data transfers. Dr. Rob van Eijk serves as the Future of Privacy Forum’s Managing Director for Europe. In this role, van Eijk implements FPF’s agenda in Europe, overseeing its day-to-day operations, and managing relationships with stakeholders in the industry, government, academia, and civil society.
