Ingredients: • 90g butter • 45g powdered sugar • 25g eggs • 120g low-gluten flour Practice: 1. Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and stir well. 2. Add egg liquid and beat until the color is whitish and slightly expanded. 3. Sift in the low-gluten flour, stir until there is no dry powder, put it into a piping bag, and squeeze it into the baking tray. 4.
