Yes, they say chicken tikka masala is an Indian dish but the chef who invented it was British-Pakistani Ali Ahmed Aslam 🙃. Other accounts claim the dish has its roots in Pakistani Punjab. Also, don’t worry this recipe super easy, it doesn’t require any blending. Since it’s a Pakistani curry, it will not be sweet, so we use black pepper instead of sugar. But most importantly, the oil must be cooked out till separated. INGREDIENTS: for the chicken tikka: - 1 kg chicken thighs (chopped boneless skinless) - 1/2 cup yogurt - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp garam masala - 2 tbsp lemon juice

There are many different methods to make a Karachi Beef Biryani but this is the way I like to do it as the longer it’s left to marinate, the faster it cooks.
