Balloon card

I absolutely love the striking, fabulous card by Lisa from I'm in Haven and the Simon Says Stamps Balloons die had just arrived to my little craft corner. This is a brilliant way to use up scraps the only real difference from Lisa's card is I wanted clouds but the camera hasn't picked up the blue very well.
