I feel disconnected

There are times when you feel as though your authentic self isn’t aligned with where you are in life. It’s at those fleeting moments when you feel disconnected from your life and a stranger to your soul.

You might have times where you feel disconnected from the world. Let’s start by saying that feeling disconnected is normal for everyone. At some point, I think we all experience feelings of feeling disconnected from people, and sometimes we even feel disconnected from ourselves.
