You have to create an actual classroom management FOUNDATION for your classroom. 

◾️BTW - The foundation does NOT include giving out constant rewards throughout the day. I did that for so many years and I felt like I was bribing my students. My students became more entitled and continually wanted bigger prizes. Also - I was even more overwhelmed and it never worked in the long run, anyway. It also didn’t teach my students the skills they so badly needed to learn.

The foundation DOES include: 
◾️Classroom Rules and Consequences - Create simple rules and simple consequences for your students. I usually stick to 4 of each:
