For the green dango, I mixed together sugar, matcha powder, silken tofu and glutinous rice flour. I added enough glutinous rice flour until the dough was no longer sticky. For the pink dango, I mixed together a drop of red food coloring, glutinous rice flour, silken tofu and sugar. I repeated the same process for the white dango minus the food coloring. If I added too much glutinous rice flour, I would add a little bit of water until I got the correct texture. You want the dough to not be sticky when you go to roll them into balls. The cooking process is super easy as well! You boil them until they float- it took about 4-5 minutes for me.
