There are 20 brilliant cut sapphires framing the top of this octagon shape ring which measures 7/16" X 7/16". This vintage ring is custom made in 14k white gold and weighs 7.9 grams. It has a superfit shank that opens to fit over your knuckles and is a size 5. The retail value of the superfit opening shank is $700. This ring is in excellent vintage condition.
